In building our organizations, are we looking through an asset-based lens to design programs? How we view the community we serve and those who will receive our services influences our program design and subsequent management and evaluation of those services. 

Social Justice as a Strategic Priority – The Commitment and Challenges

Organic Growers School (OGS) came into 2019 with some big questions. Our goal was to engage in a strategic planning process, not with the intention to reinvent our mission, vision, or values, but to figure out the next steps in the evolution of the organization. We had many inquiries but not many answers.
