The purpose and mission of Uncomplicated Kitchen is to teach community members how to plan meals, shop for ingredients, and cook healthy, simple, and affordable recipes. We aim to bridge the gap between access to food and an individual's ability to prepare home-cooked meals. We strive to not only teach our students how to do this, but to provide the necessary tools (i.e. cutting board, knife or sauce pot) if they don't have access to them.
