Puppet Show Incorporated's mission is to preserve and promote puppetry arts. The comprehensive puppetry programs offered by Puppet Show Inc. foster Social Emotional Learning ( SEL), promote Character Education traits and are aligned with the N.C. Essential Standards. Community based puppet programs are provided at cost or in some cases free so that all children can experience the magic of puppetry arts.
We aim to influence academic outcomes and help build confidence with our students, by utilizing character building techniques and arts access, such as through: dance, music, fashion and drama, as a means of both creative expression outlets and social personal development.

To support, promote, and foster the Arts in Elkin, Rockford, Dobson and Southwest Surry County and neighboring communities in Wilkes and Yadkin Counties. Through exhibitions, adult and youth workshops, concerts, events, local artist and art related business support. Through partnerships with our affiliates the Foothills Theatre, Yadkin Valley Fiber Center, Reevestock, The Elkin Roots Music Festival and Surry Old Time Fiddlers Convention who help us better serve our mission.
Preservation Zebulon advocates for the preservation and appreciation of historic districts, buildings, and landscapes that embody important elements of the history and culture of the Town of Zebulon, North Carolina and promotes their use and conservation for the education, pleasure, and enrichment of current and future generations of local, county, and state-wide residents and businesses.
BPR provides two channels of public radio for 13 counties in WNC.
