In 2007 our validation became visible when we secured office space at the JoAnn Carter Harrelson Center in downtown Wilmington, NC, and the rest we say is history, is now and the future! Our Non-Profit Organization realizes that by working together with partner agencies in collaborative efforts, we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and the changes accomplished are multiplied many times over!!

The Piedmont Community Band is a performance oriented, non-profit 501c(3) organization comprised of volunteer musicians. The band presents concerts in the spring, fall and Christmas seasons. The band also performs at other special events in the area such as outdoor celebrations in the park and for other events upon invitation. We have musicians ranging in age from accomplished high school musicians to silver seniors.
