building capacity to drive collective impact
Communities in Partnership (CIP) cultivates grassroots leadership and builds community resilience through collective action and transformational organizing. We envision Old East Durham and the surrounding area as a vibrant place where all residents have an exceptional quality of life with the economic and political power to impact decision making that affects their community.
It’s our mission to create opportunities so people can live better. We consider it our responsibility to make a positive impact in the communities we serve. Whether it’s through the grants we provide to organizations that share our mission or through the inspiring volunteer efforts of Accept Wc associates, we are passionate about helping people live better.
