Director of Programs

Job Statement: The Director of Programs provides assistance to the Executive Director in the operations of the Partnership, including program monitoring, grants management, report writing, Board and Committee support and communications. The Director of Programs works with Program and Evaluation (P&E) staff to develop and monitor activities to ensure compliance with North Carolina’s Partnership for Children (NCPC), Durham’s Partnership for Children (Partnership), federal, state and local policies and guidelines.

Strategic Initiatives Coordinator

The North Carolina Network of Grantmakers (NCNG) is a membership association that connects and supports a diverse community of 115 grantmaking organizations committed to learning and working together. This community of funders is made up of private foundations, community foundations, family foundations and corporate giving programs. NCNG connects, equips, and inspires grantmakers through networking, educational and professional development programs throughout the year.

Come to the Table Program Associate

A program of RAFI-USA, Come to the Table’s mission is to empower faith communities to participate in the creation of a just food system through collaboration, capacity building, and advocacy. The full-time Program Associate works closely with the Program Director and team to support and deepen this work. Primary focus includes compiling and promoting communication material for Come to the Table, planning and logistical support for Come to the Table events, especially the biennial conference, and supporting broad programmatic work.

CleanAIRE NC (CANC) is a statewide nonprofit organization working for cleaner air and solutions to climate change since 2003. CANC works to raise North Carolina’s air quality to exceed that of scientific recommendations.
