The How Fundraising Really Works seminar is a fast-paced, interactive experience that guides participants through a systems-level understanding of effective fundraising and the myriad reasons why most fundraising plans are designed to fail.
Jason Lewis, CFRE & AFP Master Trainer, is on a mission to ensure that nonprofits have a shared understanding of how fundraising really works and that fundraising professionals are recognized and admired for meaningful work. Jason is the author of The War for Fundraising Talent; an honest yet hopeful critique of contemporary fundraising practice. Jason is also the host of The Fundraising Talent Podcast; every week Jason and his guests have an honest conversation about what it means to be in one of the sector's most critical yet least understood roles.
Participants will receive six (6) hours towards their initial CFRE or recertification application. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, book, and planning cards.
