Section 1 – Purpose: Eastern Rowan Saddle Club is organized exclusively for charitable,
civic, benevolent, and educational purposes and has no capital stock. The purpose of Eastern Rowan Saddle Club shall be to:
Foster and study the knowledge of horses and other members of the equine family.
Encourage all types of sport and recreation with regards to horses and horseback riding.
Promote positive relationships within the community by encouraging participation in equine programs and other programs that benefit the community at large.
To encourage sportsmanship and the development of young people in various manners.
To raise money and to obtain funds by legal means to be used for civic, charitable and other benevolent ends consistent with the general objectives of the Club.
