What's White Got to Do with It: Disrupting Race-based Inequities in Well-intentioned Nonprofits: Part 2

During our time on the subsequent call, participants will have the opportunity to take a "deeper dive" in exploring more intimately the extent to which white dominant cultural tendencies have been internalized and operationalized within organizations and the role that gatekeepers have in perpetuating or disrupting patterns of exclusionary and non-inclusive practices and policies. The primary focus during this call will be to explore tactics for institutional organizing to galvanize others on your team or in your organization to prioritize bringing an intersectional racial equity lens to their work and to the overall culture of the organization.
