Successful Board Chair

If you are the current or incoming Chair or President of a nonprofit board of directors, this event is for you. In this new and improved workshop, we will be discussing the roles of a board chair, exploring tools to be effective in the position, and learning how to lead effective meetings. An emphasis on communication styles will be explored utilizing the Forte Communications Tool. Participants will leave the training with completed action plans, communications plans, and meeting agendas.

Refunds/Cancellations: There are no refunds after the registration deadline of 11/06/19. If the class is canceled by UNCW due to low enrollment, inclement weather, etc., a full refund will be issued.
