We live in uncertain times. It appears to be less and less possible to control our external business environment. This can lead to frustration, stress, and even depression. Skillful Means offers another path that acknowledges, allows for, and challenges us to work directly with uncertainty. As we accept uncertainty and impermanence, we begin to see the open potential of all situations and it becomes possible to creatively shape our circumstances. We find true agency as we learn to create a positive momentum that reverberates deeply in our business and well beyond. Work becomes a path of transformation for us and all that we touch.
The six-week class includes weekly meetings with the opportunity to:
- Develop and clarify your vision for your project or organization
- Identify and deepen your understanding of both driving (those positive things moving you in this direction) and restraining (obstacles) conditions
- Choose a condition you wish to change, eliminate, or transform
- Integrate practices to support clarity, joy, concentration, and ease in your project/organization
- Share your wins and gain guidance and support in both live classes and during the week through our online learning platform.
