Building a Strong Financial Base

Join UNA and their partners at Bernstein Private Wealth for a training on how to build a strong financial base, and learn why investments are important in building organizational stability.

This training will be a one hour session with the addtional time set aside for participant questions.

• Defining withdrawal/expense needs and time horizon
  • Cash flow planning and budgeting
• Developing a strategic strategy to meet short, intermediate, and long-term needs
  • What investments would be appropriate for each strategy
• Building an investment policy statement
  • If there is a capacity to invest for longer time horizons what criteria should be included and excluded
