The mission of Theatre In The Park is to produce a broad range of programming that will artistically challenge both our audiences and ourselves.
We strengthen the character, confidence and leadership skills of youth, empowering young people to be bold in their aspirations and become agents of social change in their communities.

The Thomas S. Kenan Institute for the Arts at the UNC School of the Arts is an arts service organization that serves as a bridge between campus and community by developing artist leaders, supporting creative careers and businesses, and engaging in creative placemaking. The Institute supports the exploration of new knowledge to cultivate leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators who can tackle complex challenges in the communities in which they live and work.
To promote awareness of and appreciation for those among us living with mental illness in Durham County.
To improve the recognition, treatment, control, and understanding of tick-borne diseases in North Carolina.
To support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning youth by offering vital programs, fostering unconditional acceptance, and creating safe spaces for self-expression through leadership, community support and advocacy.
