Frank Adoption Center is an international adoption and foster care agency working to provide clear, comprehensive care to vulnerable communities. Our work in international adoption focuses on international kinship care, working with US immigrant families to obtain adoption visas for their orphaned relative children. Our foster care licensing program creates safe, affirming and celebratory care providers for LGBTQ+ children within the NC foster system.
