To provide youth leadership development for high school sophomores in Durham public, private and home schools.
To inspire and enable all youth of Durham, particularly those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
To provide meaningful activities for youth that promote positive self-esteem and development of life-coping and decision-making skills needed to avoid academic failure, juvenile delinquency, substance abuse, teen pregnancy, and crime.
