Exhibitor Registration

Becoming an Exhibitor at the 2019 Conference for North Carolina's Nonprofits is easy!

  1. Submit your online application on this page or with the pdf form sent via email.
  2. Receive a confirmation email and send us a png file of your company logo.
  3. Payments are securely processed by Stripe and we register the attending staff on your behalf.

Before filling out this form, please read our Exhibitor Opportunities document to see what is included in each package, as well as the venue floorplan of booths. If you have any questions about becoming an Exhibitor, or are a Sustainer needing a discount coupon to complete this form, please contact Lynn Brinkley at (919) 790-1555, x102.

The deadline to purchase a booth is October 31, 2019.

 

The Center accepts Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Additionally, if you are a current Sustainer of the Center, please contact Lynn Brinkley at 919-790-1555 to receive your discount code to apply to this purchase.

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to and acknowledging the following:

  1. Exhibitor placement in the Nonprofit Marketplace is at the discretion of the Center and on a first come, first served basis.
  2. If I do not submit my ad artwork or logo by the defined deadline, the Center will be unable to accommodate publication or promotion of those materials.
  3. If I require electricity for a special booth display, I must submit the appropriate forms to purchase electricity from the conference venue.
  4. The Center does not accept American Express as a form of payment.
