Grants Coordinator

The Grants Coordinator is a full-time position with the Carolina Farm Stewardship Association (CFSA). The Coordinator provides support in the development and implementation of the systems necessary to grow and manage CFSA’s diverse portfolio of grant funding. The Grants Coordinator will be based out of the Pittsboro office. Some travel is required throughout the Carolina service area.

Early Childhood Specialist - Family & Health

The Early Childhood Specialist – Family and Health Services (ECS-FH) serves as the content area lead for parent, family and community engagement as well as health and nutrition services for early childhood development birth to 5 and their families. The ECS-FH leads the policy development and strategy development for these designated content areas and guides the implementation across all agency Head Start programs.

The Early Childhood Specialist-Education/Disabilities (ECS-Ed/D) serves as a content area lead for early childhood education, disabilities and mental health services for child development birth to 5. The ECS-Ed/D leads the policy and strategy for these designated areas and guides its implementation across all agency Head Start programs. The ECS-Ed/D monitors service delivery and provides training, technical assistance, and guidance to ensure continuous quality improvement in early childhood education services implementation.

Deputy Executive Director - Workforce Services

Receiving & Inventory Manager (Warehouse)

Operations Manager

Assist with management of finances; Manage database & keep records updated; Troubleshoot technology issues as needed; Purchase and maintain supplies, postage, computers, cars, and office equipment; Assist with other administrative support as needed; Assist with outreach to farmworkers and general SAF organizational work as time permits

Transportation Director

Regional Coordinated Area Transit System (RCATS) is a consolidated transportation system serving Randolph and Montgomery Counties in North Carolina. Public and human service agency transportation assistance are offered as curb-to-curb services for the general public as well as local contracted human service agencies.

The Transportation Director is responsible for grant administration, program development and planning, training, individual agency and system reporting, motor fleet management, and maintenance for the transportation system.
