Business Manager

The Business Manager oversees the financial and business operations of Judea Reform Congregation (JRC), ensuring efficiency and accuracy, with special emphasis on serving our congregation and lay leadership in a warm, friendly, and helpful manner. The position is fulltime and reports to the Executive Director.

Finance Assistant

• Prepare and code bank deposits, remit to bank, review batches created by development & post to accounting software.
• Track electronic deposits and research donor details online.
• Process all credit card donations, create batch and post to accounting software.
• Pay invoices and maintain accounts payable module.
• Prepare payments for client assistance.
• Prepare payments, maintain and allocate all employee benefits.
• Maintain timekeeping system and prepare payroll, submit and post to accounting system.

Treasury Specialist

The Treasury Specialist is a new role at CAHEC. The position supports and manages certain day to day operations of CAHEC’s and Fund’s cash management and banking functions. The position requires advanced knowledge in accounting principles and banking practices. The position requires adherence to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality with regard to company information. This position reports to the Manager, Finance and the Manager, Fund Analysis. The employment classification for this position is non-exempt.

Finance Professional

NCASA’s finance professional will manage the day-to-day financial responsibilities. Candidates with previous nonprofit experience are preferred, as are those who have the ability to plan for an implement strategies to enhance the services that provide value to members, promoting member engagement while ensuring our operational income is sustainable.

Church Financial Administrator

First Presbyterian Church, Burlington, a 1000 member congregation, is currently seeking applicants for the position of a full-time Financial Administrator. The position is responsible for the management of all financial matters of the church, including the Child Development Center and Play School.

Contract Accountant - CPA Required

The contract accountant will provides services to ensure technical oversight of the agency’s financial systems to ensure appropriate and effective account procedures for small non-profit contract agency with a budget of $3.5 million - including about $1.5 million in federal funding. CPA required. Experience with federal grants and contracts preferred. Specific Activities:

Assist agency with fiscal year end (September 30) closing entries and review.

Finance and Administration Manager

Engineering World Health, ( a non-profit whose mission it is to improve healthcare delivery in low-income
countries, is seeking an experienced and proven accountant for the position of part-time Finance Manager.

About the Position:
The Finance and Administration Manager works closely with the President/CEO, Finance Committee of the Board and
staff Program Managers to provide financial reporting and account oversight.
