(TROSA) is an innovative, multi-year residential program that empowers people with substance use disorders to be productive, recovering individuals by providing comprehensive treatment, experiential vocational training, education, and continuing care.

Major Gifts Program Manager

Candidate Description

The Major Gifts Program Manager reports to the Vice President of Development and will serve as a vital member of the Development team. They will be responsible for ensuring that all fundraising and communications activities for major donors ($2,500 and up) are utilizing best practices in reaching ambitious fundraising goals and providing excellent stewardship for donors.

Development Assistant

The Development Assistant is a full-time self-motivated, organized, and personable individual who will manage the gift entry and acknowledgment processes, provide administrative support for department activities, and execute development department events. Discretion is required.

The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and strategy development for the solicitation of major level gift prospects and donors with a capacity of $5,000+ level in support of the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina. The Major Gifts Officer manages a portfolio of 125-150 constituent accounts including the donor relationship, which involves identifying, researching, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding these individuals while collaborating with Food Bank leaders, board of directors, and Food Bank colleagues.
