Development Coordinator

Organization Description
Rebuilding Together of the Triangle (RTT) provides critical repairs, modifications and home performance upgrades to low-income homeowners in a four-county region of central North Carolina. By mobilizing donated funds, in-kind supply contributions, and volunteer labor, we restore safe, healthy and efficient homes for the elderly, those with disabilities, U.S. military veterans, and families with children.

Senior Major Gifts Officer (remote)

Play an important role within an innovative and fast-moving cancer research and patient support organization. As Senior Major Gifts Officer at the Chordoma Foundation you will develop, deepen and manage relationships with leading supporters to inspire greater philanthropic investment in support of our mission. Your primary goals will be to increase giving among current major donors, and to expand the Foundation’s base of support by securing major gifts from new donors.

Major Gift Officer

The Major Gift Officer is accountable for developing commitment and relationships with major gift prospects. Responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with existing major gift prospects, as well as identifying new prospects. An ability to empathize with donors and clearly communicate our organization’s mission is key.

The Major Gift Officer reports to the Director of Development; will work closely with the Chief Development Officer and Fund Development team to build and maintain funding partnerships, and provide support to the council's overall fundraising program.

Development Specialist (POSITION CLOSED)

Manages grant proposal projects, including community and opportunity assessments, for the assigned line of business. Manages relationships and communications with new and existing funders and community partners to develop new opportunities for the assigned line of business. Collaborates with appropriate leaders to match opportunities to defined strategies. Nonprofit organization, grant and business development.

Development and Special Events Manager

The Development and Special Events Manager is responsible for the overall planning and execution of all fundraising and special events. Because communication and nurturing of contacts and networks is important to this task, the position is also responsible for the website and certain communication activities and social media communications. This position is supervised by the Executive Director. Major duties include the signature NAMIWalks and the Annual Conference, but the position contributes to all operations and mission of NAMI NC.

Founded in 1842, the Chapel of the Cross is an Episcopal parish in Chapel Hill, located downtown and directly beside the campus of the University of North Carolina. With 1900 members, the parish is a vibrant community of faith where worship, university ministry, and outreach are central. It is one of three Episcopal parishes in Chapel Hill, each with its own distinctive identity. The parish has a history of strong engagement with the Diocese and the wider church.

Director of House Advancement

The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte’s Director of House Advancement (DoHA) is responsible for managing all of the organizations marketing, communications, fundraising and volunteer programs and initiatives. The DoHA will be responsible for ensuring a viable, varied, innovative and sustainable revenue base to support both the short-term and long-range objectives of RMH of Charlotte as well as providing a strategic vision for volunteer management and communication for the House.
