Associate Director, Marketing and Communications

The Associate Director, Marketing and Communications plays a crucial role in shaping and sharing the cohesive narrative of CPA with key stakeholders and the public at large. This position reports to and serves as a key partner for the Director of Marketing and Communications in the planning and execution of marketing and communications strategy that covers the entirety of CPA’s product mix and supports the organization in delivering on or exceeding its pipeline development goals as well as annual sales and revenue goals. They will focus on communicating our mission, products, and impact through compelling storytelling and will provide thoughtful editorial direction for online and offline marketing assets from the initial concept to the finished product. They will also play a central role in developing, managing, and growing the visibility of the Carolina Performing Arts brand. The incumbent will be expected to balance their time and energy on big-picture thinking and strategy while also delivering on tactical functions.
