CLASSIFICATION/TIME/LOCATION:  Full-time Exempt or Part-time Non-Exempt/Remote (home-based)
REPORTS TO:  Prevention Programs Senior Coach

Job Summary:  Support community-based agencies in competently and confidently delivering evidence-based and evidence-informed programs as intended and in ways that are responsive to participant needs and preferences. PCANC’s Workforce Development is based on implementation science and includes coaching, consultation, and training.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Provide workforce development support to local agencies throughout North Carolina:
o Engage in ongoing coaching calls with facilitators and coordinators;
o Provide in-person coaching visits to assigned agencies on caseload;
o Plan and deliver skill-based trainings based on the needs of Network agencies;
o Participate in the ongoing evaluation of processes to improve services;
o Plan, coordinate, and facilitate trainings, site visits, learning collaboratives, and workforce development activities in general.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, monthly staff meetings, and agency-wide activities.
• Ensure timely reporting of grant deliverables; comply with agency audit standards/documentation.
• All other responsibilities as they arise or are assigned.

Hiring Requirements/Preferences:
• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field and 3–5 years of experience working with families.  Bachelor’s Degree with commensurate experience may be considered;
• Experience facilitating Circle of Parents, Incredible Years BASIC Parent Program, Triple P, and/or Strengthening Families Program groups is preferred;
• Understanding of and interest in using implementation science as it applies to teams and infrastructure to support, sustain, and scale up evidence-based parent programs is preferred;
• Non-profit experience including grant compliance is strongly preferred;
• Travel is required, primarily within North Carolina. Weekly meetings are held in Raleigh and/or Durham.
