The Franklin County Arts Council is a nonprofit community organization which is passionate about developing all areas of arts within our diverse community.
We devote ourselves, our resources, and programs as a way to support economic growth in Franklin County through the enhancement of art mediums such as literary, visual, dance, theater, music, and culinary arts for all ages.
