To improve the health of public school students and the communities in which they live by bridging the gap between services they need and community resources providing those needs.

To improve the health of adolescents by providing physical and mental healthcare, education, advocacy, leadership development, and research through connections among adolescents, parents and the community.

We are organized for the purpose of nurturing a culture of connection and reminding individuals, particularly those in recovery from Substance Use Disorder, that they are not alone in their struggles. By raising funds and offering experiential services, we will support all individuals actively engaged in healing modalities and programs in experiencing the restorative properties of the natural environment. We will provide access to experiential service providers, aiding those in recovery by promoting a connection to nature and working in collaboration with other like-minded organizations to support the continuum of care for individuals living with substance use disorder.

The mission of the St. Luke's Hospital Foundation is to support quality care close to home by raising and contributing funds for St. Luke's Hospital capital projects as well as increasing the Foundations endowment to assist St. Luke's Hospital with current and future needs.

To serve the community by building awareness and philanthropic support for Cape Fear Valley Health as it provides compassionate, quality healthcare for all its patients.

To improve functional outcomes and life participation access to those with aphasia.

To provide care management, disease management to improve health outcomes and reduce medicaid costs.

To supplement, enhance, and enrich the facilities, programs and services provided by Caldwell Memorial Hospital.

Music4Hope's mission is to bring love, hope and encouragement through the sounds of music into the lives of families experiencing life threatening diseases.
