Responsible for membership and database support for the Association. Work involves daily processing of membership applications and payments and performing routine operations for membership renewals to ensure members experience exceptional service and communication. Work requires accuracy and attention to detail in processing membership payments, member renewal notices, member payment reconciliations, and member analysis reporting.
General knowledge of database, membership record practices, and procedures.
Strong ability to work independently; be creative in conceiving, evaluating, and implementing new and more effective approaches; establish priorities, and meet required deadlines.
Ability to handle funds accurately and make mathematical calculations.
Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.
Skills in the use of computers and all other related office equipment.
Well-versed in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products
Ability to process records accurately and on time
Salary: $45,000-$50,000, plus 10% contribution to SEP/IRA, generous PTO plan, and Health Reimbursement Plan (QSEHRA)
