The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) North Carolina, Inc., a nonprofit grassroots organization, seeks an experienced and committed leader. The ideal candidate is skilled and experienced in mental health, nonprofit management and fundraising. The candidate must have the ability to work effectively with volunteers as well as paid staff, and must be an effective supervisor and manager. This Raleigh-based position includes extensive work supporting NAMI programs and members through 25 local affiliates across NC. NAMI members include people with lived mental health experience and their families, providers, and advocates. Education required is BA/BS; MA preferred; starting salary dependent on education and relevant experience. Compensation includes health insurance and vacation/sick leave benefits.
