Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the Director of Individual Giving will spearhead efforts to develop and execute a strategy for major individual giving, annual campaign, and donor engagement in support of The Hill Center’s mission and educational programs. This position will be responsible for raising money from individuals and families and implementing the systems, supports, and strategies that will generate a growing pipeline of Hill advocates, supporters, and champions. These outreach and fundraising efforts must be connected to past history, relationships, and success and aligned with the future direction of this dynamic organization. This position will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional Advancement Team that is responsible for all Hill Center marketing, communications, fundraising, and special events.
The Director of Individual Giving is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all individual and family fundraising, including the major gifts program, annual fund, planned giving, and special events focused on fundraising and engagement. This position is also responsible for mobilizing the Advancement Committee, Board of Trustees, and other volunteers to support Hill fundraising and engagement.
