What's On the Ballot? Nonpartisan Voter Guides

In the Knight Foundation's study of "non-voters", they found 38% of respondents who don't regularly vote believe that "a neutral source of basic information about candidates and issues" would be the best motivator. Nonpartisan voter information can be easy to find IF you know where to look for it. In this webinar, Nonprofit VOTE will cover how to create your own voter guides and how to tell if a voter guide is too biased to be used by a c3 nonprofit. Then they'll turn to a series of guest speakers who will share ready-made, high-quality candidate and ballot information resources. Voter education should be a robust part of your fall activities. Make sure members of your organization are prepared to cast their ballot in the upcoming election.
