Triad Nonprofit Policy Conversation

In collaboration with the Guilford Nonprofit Consortium and HandsOn NWNC, the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits is hosting a Nonprofit Policy Conversation. This session will be focused on Guilford and Forsyth counties; while only state legislators from these counties will be invited to attend, we encourage nonprofits from other counties in the Triad to participate.

This two-hour event brings together nonprofit leaders and local elected officials (mostly state legislators) to discuss public policy issues that are important to charitable nonprofits and the people and communities they serve. The Center will provide a briefing on nonprofit sector trends and potential public policy solutions and challenges for nonprofits in 2024 and beyond. The Nonprofit Policy Conversation will also include discussions about state and federal public policy issues of interest to local nonprofits and ways nonprofits can engage in the 2024 election while remaining nonpartisan.

Registration is now closed.
