Training Staff to Lead and Manage Volunteers Webinar - Part 1

Nonprofit staff leading volunteers, volunteer leaders managing volunteers, and staff managers are invited to join this 2-part webinar series hosted by the Triangle Nonprofit & Volunteer Leadership Center. In Part 1, participants will learn how to:

  • Describe the importance of effective volunteer leadership and management
  • Identify who volunteers and why
  • Communicate, Communicate, Communicate
  • Engage volunteers and staff
