October 20
Increase Your Nonprofit's Effectiveness Through Integrated Systems and Data
- As your nonprofit has matured, like many other nonprofits, you may have implemented various systems to support specific organizational functions. While each system may be functioning well in its specific role, it's common to experience a lack of connectivity to other systems and departments. Microsoft has committed to using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to solve this problem. On this platform, your constituents and donors become the center of the data, allowing you to track and analyze all of your interactions with the people you serve and those that support your organization. Through storytelling and real-life case study, this session will provide an overview of all Microsoft Dynamics can offer your nonprofit.

October 27
A New Approach to Fundraising through Microsoft Technologies for Nonprofits - Giving Tuesday may be next month but we know that fundraising is a full-time, year-round job. Competition for donor dollars is a major initiative in the age of ‘do more with less’. This session will deliver the answers to the fundraising questions you have been asking: How can you personalize your automated donor outreach? How can you optimize the use of social media for fundraising? How do you track results?

November 3
Optimize Your Volunteer Management Through Microsoft Technologies for Nonprofits - Microsoft volunteer management tools not only allow your organization to manage an event but also keep track of your volunteers and skills so that you can optimally match them into the right role. Volunteers have their own portal to register and update their information. They can chat, share documents, and engage in video calls through Microsoft Teams. This final session of the series will conclude by tying together all that the Microsoft Dynamics has to offer.
