This workshop is designed for small and midsize nonprofit professionals – especially those in fundraising and development – who know AI is out there, but haven’t had the time (or support) to figure out how to make it useful. You'll learn:

- How to use AI to write donor thank-yous, appeals, and social posts
- How to create a simple communications plan using AI tools
- How to write better prompts (so you don’t waste time rewriting)
- How to set smart boundaries with AI (yes, including ethics)
- How to save hours each week—and actually use that time well
- How to build internal buy-in up front, handle common objections and lead this initiative (without having to be the AI expert)
To maximize your workshop experience, bring:
- A list of all events and dates for the 2026 calendar year
- A list of all appeals planned for 2026
- A list of newsletters and other communications scheduled for 2026
