Nonprofit Essentials - Human Resources

The most important asset of any organizations is its people. This course will address key topics such as: recruitment, retention, development and evaluation of board members, staff, and volunteers; the importance of diversity in the nonprofit workforce; and how to create a motivating and rewarding work environment.

This class is part of HandsOn NWNC's 10-series Nonprofit Essentials Class. Participants can register for individual classes or the full series.

Nonprofit Essentials classes are taught primarily by Wake Forest University staff, faculty, and alums. Participants who finish all classes will receive a Certificate of Completion from Wake Forest University and HandsOn NWNC.
