Ready to advance from thinking to planning to action on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in your workplace? This workshop features a presentation on making the case for EDI in your workplace, guidance and tools to assess your company’s current state and needs, a panel presentation and in-depth roundtable discussions with EDI champions, and working sessions for you to think through, develop, and/or advance your company's EDI goals and strategies.
Together we will create a peer learning and working environment in which you have dedicated time to:
- Learn and apply best practices for EDI in the workplace
- Share experiences, challenges, and successes with colleagues working in different sectors
- Receive customized coaching, thought partnership, and resources from experienced EDI consultants and champions
- Develop actionable next steps to advance your company’s EDI goals and strategies
The workshop includes a follow-up webinar (TBD in early 2020) designed to maintain peer support and create accountability. You will share your progress, receive next-level customized coaching and resources, and deepen your connections with colleagues in your peer learning cohort.
CEOs, C-Suite and executive team members, board members, and other organizational leaders are encouraged to attend. We welcome people working at all levels in their organizations and individuals attending on their own, at any stage in their progress in exploring, setting, and achieving EDI goals and strategies.
