Collaborative Conflict Resolution: The New Uniform Act and How to Apply It

Collaborative Conflict Resolution training is for litigators, mediators, and lawyers in a broad range of practice areas, including corporate, construction, employment, trust and estate, and divorce law. This training is also applicable for anyone else looking for a more efficient and more effective way to resolve legal disputes without destroying valuable relationships.

The Collaborative Conflict Resolution CLE will do at least two things for you: first, you will be introduced to, and learn how to, practice an area of law that will empower you to resolve civil disputes without ever having to file a lawsuit. In a time where lawyers have been forced to reevaluate that which is truly necessary, collaborative law intercedes as a means to a more efficient end. The resulting efficiency will be to your clients’ benefits. Second, it will introduce you to a group of seasoned litigators turned collaborators. Their vested interest in collaboration contemplates a vested interest in you. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn about a novel area of the law from attorneys who are genuinely interested in, and will invest their time, helping you grow your collaborative law practice.

The CLE delivery comes in two forms: pre-recorded content (5.5 hours); and live, virtual programming (8.5 hours) taking place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 18th, and Friday, February 19th. The full agenda is available here.
