About the Presenters:
Courtney Dean brings over 25 years of experience in the investment management industry to her role as a Nonprofit Investment Advisor, developing investment strategies, managing portfolios, and working closely with investment committees and boards. She is an active member of the eCIO Investment Committee and also serves as Chief Revenue Officer, leading client acquisition and retention efforts.
Phil Waara brings over 15 years of investment experience, specializing in client acquisition, servicing, and investment management. With a strong background in serving nonprofit clients, he excels in asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment policy development, and accounting. At eCIO, Phil serves as an Investment Advisor, collaborating closely with nonprofits to design customized portfolios aligned with their goals, ESG preferences, portfolio needs, and risk tolerance. He also holds the role of Chief Compliance Officer and is an active member of the Investment Committee.
