Skills Labs are short, streamlined virtual pro bono sessions for Triangle-area nonprofits with professionals volunteering from one or more of Activate Good's Corporate Partners.
Activate Good moderates each interactive event, during which your team will pose questions to the volunteers matched with you beforehand. You’ll receive a consultation on the technical issues or questions you submitted in advance.
December 10 is designated Human Rights Day by the United Nations to remember the day the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was established in 1948, the “most translated document in the world.” For this Lab, we’re welcoming nonprofits and community organizations that focus their missions on rights advocacy and direct services for marginalized groups locally, including but not limited to: seniors and persons with health and physical differences; race and ethnicity; sexuality and gender identity, etc. Representatives will receive one-time consultation for a technical, operational, or business challenge of choice.
