For nonprofit leaders beginning the DEI journey or who need a refresh in sustaining inclusive practices, learn how to merge the traditional pillars of your organization with growing a more inclusive culture for your staff, constituents, and partners.

Experts and practitioners will facilitate interactive sessions on current nonprofit topics including equitable fundraising and funding, advancing young leaders, inclusive leadership transitions and succession planning, board diversity, storytelling and media coverage, successful cross-sector partnerships, and more. Follow session tracks that fit the work you do, your topical interests, or your upcoming projects.
NONPROFIT LEGAL COMPLIANCE WORKSHOP
This half-day workshop for nonprofit staff and board members, attorneys, CPAs, and consultants will cover the legal compliance policies, rules, and issues that affect 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

Connect with colleagues and friends during Wednesday’s reception, Thursday’s luncheon, and throughout the Nonprofit Marketplace.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Sessions are eligible for CPE, CLE, and CFRE credit hours (pending approval).

Your safety and in-person comfort level during the conference is important to us. We’re monitoring current conditions and recommendations to provide a healthy event and will post updates online to accommodate Durham County requirements.
Registration for the full conference starts at $230 (one-day registration options available). Rates are discounted for Center Members, Associates, Sustainers, young professionals, and students. Early Bird registration rates end September 19.
