Have you ever asked yourself, “How can I be a more effective leader?” or “How can I better connect with and understand the Triangle region as a whole?” Join Leadership Triangle for the 2021 THRiVE Leadership Summit, two half-days of powerful keynotes, collaborative workshops, and networking with peers and industry leaders who are making a difference in our region.
As we emerge from the global pandemic, we are asking - What issues must we face as a region? What type of transformative leadership is required to move our region forward this year? What does it mean for the Triangle to THRiVE? As the only Leadership Summit of its kind in the state, THRiVE will provide tools to:
- Network and connect with other leaders in the Triangle
- Increase your leadership adaptability and confidence
- Gain a clearer vision of your role within the Triangle community
- Uplevel your anti-racism and equity strategy
- Inspire you to be your best self!
April 7 (9am - 12:30pm) is all about the Triangle region - understanding the State of the Region, the issues that are most pressing in our recovery from the pandemic, and how we can reconnect and support one another moving forward.
April 8 (1pm - 5pm) is all about Transformative Leadership - the skills, tools and practices we need to lead our organizations and community forward, in this period of tremendous change.
The summit will also include an alumni-only happy hour for Goodmon Fellow Alumni, April 7, 5-6pm, location TBD (outdoors, socially distanced with masks).
