The Center for Creativity and National Defense is an independent organization that studies how the art of creativity is used in National Defense applications in recent, ongoing, and historic conflicts. C-CAND's goal is to develop current and emerging leaders to use their creative skills to innovate and solve complex problems, while also creating complex problems for our adversaries. C-CAND leverages a diverse team of subject matter experts from the military, academia, and industry to produce high-quality educational content on uniquely human, cognitive skill sets such as creative thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, critical thinking, ethics, design thinking, futures thinking, and fully immersive human dynamics training.
