The mission of the Human Kindness Foundation is to spread more kindness throughout society, especially in prisons and jail, by administration of the Prison-Ashram Project. We send free books, newsletters and correspondence to people in prisons and jails all over the country, teaching interfaith spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, and a lifestyle of radical kindness.
