Our board members are nominated and approved by current Center members and our Board of Directors Nominations Committee and serve two-year terms with a maximum of three consecutive terms. Says Center President & CEO Jeanne Tedrow, “We not only select and appoint board members who represent the breadth and diversity of our nonprofit members, but also ensure they are engaged community members who are fully vested and actively participate in the Center’s strategic planning, sustainability, and overall mission to serve North Carolina’s nonprofits.”
