Partners in Learning's mission is to model the highest quality learning environment that stimulates families and the community to provide optimal growth and development of children. Founded in 1996, their vision is that families and the community will have the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute significantly to the optimal growth and development of children. Based in Salisbury, Partners in Learning works with families in Rowan and surrounding counties and provides statewide advocacy.

Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina supports the development of safe, stable, nurturing relationships for children in their families and communities to prevent child abuse and neglect. Founded in 1979, Prevent Child Abuse NC is based in Morrisville and serves the entire state. Puppet Show Incorporated’s mission is to preserve and promote puppetry arts as an expressive art form. Their chief aim is on inspiring imagination, education and community through the global art of puppetry.
