Exhibitors' Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How many days will we exhibit? Thursday, October 1 from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  2. When can we set up? You can set up your booth on Wednesday, September 30 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 1 from 7:00-8:00 a.m. We anticipate conference attendees to begin arriving on Thursday around 8:30 a.m.
  3. Can we choose our booth placement? No, booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth placement is assigned according to the date payment is received.
  4. Will you arrange the delivery of any shipped materials? No, Hollins Exposition Services, our approved contractor, handles all booth equipment, shipping, and drayage for the conference. Please call Hollins at 336-315-5225 to make arrangements.
  5. Is Internet and electricity included in the cost of the booth? Internet access is included and provided by the Benton Convention Center. You must order electricity through Hollins Expostion Services, who will provide an exhibitor packet with order forms.
