The North Carolina Science Fair Foundation (NCSFF) is a not-for-profit educational organization whose purpose is to increase the awareness of, exposure to, and participation in inquiry-based science learning. The mission of North Carolina Transplant Athletes is as follows:
To further the mission of increasing organ, eye and tissue donation into the national registry in North Carolina so that more patients can benefit from live-saving and life-improving organ, eye and tissue transplants. To hold fundraising and awareness events during which donor registration will occur as well as volunteer or partner with other organizations which aim to increase the number of registered donors in North Carolina. To travel to the Transplant Games of America, held every two years, to compete, learn, celebrate and honor both sides of the donor/recipient experience.
